Kehrwieder uses special yeast that can ferment very little of the sugars. Road Runner ferments like a regular yeast, but the fermenting stops just before it has produced 0.4% alcohol. It is also unfiltered. The coffee beans come directly from the coffee growers and are roasted in Hamburg. Best served at 12 °C.
