Gastronomy and tradition meet in food technology. Red is NOT an alcohol-free wine, but it does let you experience the same drinking moment. It is made using similar techniques to that of their spirits; Barreled Oak and Floral Wormwood. Each ingredient is there for a reason and the aim is to deliver a taste sensation that consists of tannins, body, earth, sharpness, spice and just the perfect (not too much) sweetness. It is made by hand in small batches. Serve it at about 1 8° C.
