Botivo is handmade in Hertfordshire, England, and inspired by ancient herbal tonics called Oxymels. Oxymel is an ancient technique in which a base of apple cider vinegar is infused with fresh herbs and botanicals for several weeks before balancing the flavor with honey.

All ingredients are prepared and bottled on a farm in Hertfordshire and they are committed to sourcing British where possible, reducing the carbon footprint of every bottle.

Perfect serve: Serve the Botivo Aperitif (25 ml) with soda water (175 ml) over ice and finish with an orange peel. Or make it a delicious Gold Rush , Botivo Negroni or Verdant Margarita .
