OFFICE ASSISTANT NIX&NIX AMSTERDAM (Sloterdijk) 

NIX&NIX is growing! We are opening new liquor stores and expanding our team at headquarters. Time for extra hands. We are looking for an office assistant who can take on various tasks and projects. Think of supporting projects and events, preparing PR packages, administration for the necessary order, organizing the office in terms of supplies and atmosphere. We are happy with your ideas about this position and how we can further shape it (both full-time and part-time). 

This is a varied function in which you help our growing company with the ins and outs of the office, organizing events and other rule tasks. You can quickly switch between different activities, work carefully and provide structure in the sometimes chaotic startup environment. 

Are you: 

  • Accurate in your work?
  • Flexible in taking on different tasks?
  • Willing to master your new tasks?
  • Proactive and independent in performing your job?
  • Someone ready to jump in where needed?

And do you have: 

  • The enthusiasm to master this versatile function
  • Want to complement and support for our small team
  • Excellent command of Dutch in word and writing
  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office
