At NIX & NIX we hope you enjoy shopping with us. We try to make your shopping experience as easy as possible, so we have some terms and conditions ("Terms") that apply to your order.

Please note, these Terms apply to consumers. If you are not a consumer, but are interested in working with us, please contact us using the contact details below.

2. Offer and Agreement

1. When you buy an article from NIX & NIX online via the webshop or in the store, you enter into an agreement with NIX & NIX. These Terms apply to all your online orders and purchases.
2. We ensure that these Terms are easily accessible at the time you order and at any time thereafter. You can read, reread or download the then current and most recent version of the Terms via our website.
3. To prevent incorrect delivery after your order, we request that you provide us with the correct information and contact details. We keep your information secure and process your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy.
4. An agreement resulting from an offer that contains an obvious mistake and/or error, such as an unusually low price, is not binding on NIX & NIX. Please contact NIX & NIX if you have any doubts about the validity of an offer.

3. Price and payment

1. The price in the webshop is the total price including VAT. The shipping costs are, if applicable, stated separately.
2. You can pay for your order via one of the payment methods available in the NIX & NIX webshop.
3. If the delivery address is outside the Netherlands, additional costs may apply. It is possible that the country in question charges additional duties, such as import tax. NIX & NIX has no influence or control over such charges and can therefore not provide you with any further information. Any import duties and taxes are solely your responsibility as a customer and may need to be paid at the time of delivery. These additional costs are for your own account. You must check yourself whether the ordered items can be exported and imported to the relevant country and what the costs are before you place such an order.

4. Delivery

1. NIX & NIX strives to process and deliver your order as easily and quickly as possible. We ensure that the products are shipped accurately. In the unlikely event that you receive incomplete or damaged products, please let us know as soon as possible, but no later than 48 hours after receipt of the products and we will take care of the rest.
2. Orders are shipped to the delivery address specified by you and via the method of delivery chosen by you. For the shipping costs to your country, please refer to the Frequently Asked Questions on our website.
3. In the event that an incorrect address is provided, the costs for the lost product are for your own account.

5. Quality, legal guarantee & complaints

1. NIX & NIX strives to display products as completely and accurately as possible on its website. The nature of the products offered may lead to differences (such as taste and label or packaging differences) between the display of products on the website and the product delivered to you. Does the product seem different than expected? Together with the cooling-off period of 14 days, we offer you a return period of 21 days.
2. If you have discussed your complaint with us, but you want to submit your complaint to another body, you can contact the Disputes Committee via the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/ odr/ .

6. Right of withdrawal

1. Under the law, you have a period of 14 days after receipt of the product to revoke your agreement with NIX & NIX, without giving any reason
2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by sending us an unambiguous statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). It is also possible to partially withdraw from the contract. To meet the deadline of the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you make your communication about the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period via the above unambiguous statement.
3. The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and of which the seal has been broken after delivery.
4. After termination of the agreement, you must return the product as soon as possible, but no later than 21 days after receipt of all products in your order, to the address of NIX & NIX as stated in the instructions you receive by e-mail.
5. NIX & NIX cannot take back opened products. Make sure that the original packaging is undamaged and unopened when returning. For products that are incomplete or damaged, where the labels have been removed or that show other signs of wear, NIX & NIX will have to deduct this value reduction from the total amount that will be refunded to you. Only NIX & NIX is entitled to determine the reduction in value.
6. NIX & NIX will refund the amount paid, excluding shipping costs, within 30 days after receipt of the returned product(s). In the event of a partial cancellation, we will only refund the cost of the returned product. We will refund you using the same payment method you used to make the original payment.
7. Return costs are currently not reimbursed.

7. Return Policy

1. We want you to have the best shopping experience with us, which is why we have a 21-day return policy. You can register a return by sending a message to returns@nixennix.com.
2. After approval, return the product as soon as possible, but no later than 21 days after receipt of all products in your order, to the address stated at the top of this page.
3. Make sure the original packaging is undamaged when returning. For products that are incomplete, damaged or open or that show other signs of wear, NIX & NIX will have to deduct this value reduction from the total amount to be refunded. Only NIX & NIX is entitled to determine the reduction in value.
4. The return policy is not provided for goods that are also excluded from the right of withdrawal, such as sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have not been sealed after delivery.
5. NIX & NIX will refund the amount paid within 30 days after receipt of the returned product(s). In the case of a partial return, we will only reimburse the cost of the returned product.

1. NIX & NIX owns all intellectual property rights with regard to the brand, the products and the website, including all promotional materials such as videos and photography if not already owned by third parties.

9. Changes

1. Changes to these Terms will be posted on the website. You are advised to read these Terms carefully when ordering from us. These Terms were last amended on May 10, 2021.

10. Applicable Law

1. Dutch law applies to these Terms and to the agreement between you and NIX & NIX. In the event of a conflict, the Court of Haarlem decides on the case; without prejudice to your rights as a consumer that you have according to your country of residence.
