Wine industry sees demand for non-alcoholic wine increasing
Non-alcoholic is becoming an increasingly important theme. In recent years, more and more people decide not to drink in the first month of the year. To kick off Dry January in style, the results of a study on non-alcoholic alternatives were shared at a special tasting yesterday.
Thirty wine experts, together with wine journalist Esmee Langereis, tasted a series of leading alcohol-free and low-alcohol wines and spirits. The fact that we can no longer ignore the No/Low category became abundantly clear from the most recent survey among just under 150 respondents from the wine industry (importers, retailers, catering).
